郑慧博士,博导

苏州大学特聘教授

郑慧教授,2001年和2006年分别获得中南大学湘雅医学院医学学士学位和博士学位2008-2013年在美国宾夕法尼亚大学从事博士后工作。20131月加入苏州大学生物医学研究院,任职特聘教授目前入选国家海外高层次青年人才、江苏省“高层次海外引进创新创业”人才、江苏省杰出青年、江苏省“六大人才高峰计划”人才,苏州市紧缺高层次人才等。独立开展工作以来,以主要通讯(独立或末位通讯)作者在国际高水平期刊发表了一系列研究论文,包括Nature Microbiology, Molecular Cell, Cell Research, Science Advances, Nature Communications, EMBO Reports, PLoS Pathogens (3篇:201620182020)J ImmunolJ Biol Chem等。相关成果获得了国际免疫学、病原学领域专家的高度关注和好评

  

研究方向

我们的研究兴趣是机体的广谱抗病毒机制。通过揭示机体多样性的抗病毒信号,发掘机体的抗病毒潜能,旨在发展出广谱抗病毒策略。目前,我们的研究焦点包括三个方面:(1)提升先天抗病毒细胞因子干扰素 (Interferon, IFN) 的抗病毒功效以及拓展IFN广谱抗病毒应用;(2)鉴定具有广谱抗病毒或促病毒活性的宿主蛋白,并揭示其调控病毒感染的机制;(3)发展潜在的抗病毒小分子抑制剂和干扰肽。

袁玉康博士,副教授

袁玉康于2013年获得临沂大学学士学位,同年考入苏州大学硕博连读。2018年入职苏州大学生物医学研究院师资博后,2021年聘为副教授,2022年获得苏州大学优秀青年学者。其研究兴趣主要是干扰素诱导基因调控对干扰素抗病毒功能的影响

  


左宜波博士,讲师

左宜波于2015年获得齐鲁工业大学学士学位,同年考入苏州大学硕博连读。2020年入职苏州大学生物医学研究院师资博后。其研究兴趣主要是代谢与IFNs抗病毒活性调控

 

牛精铃硕士,科研助理

牛精铃于2020年毕业于河南科技大学医学院药理学专业并获得硕士学位。2021年入职苏州大学生物医学研究院,任技术员。
