张进平博士,博导
苏州大学教授
张进平教授,1992-1995年师从周光炎教授攻读免疫学硕士,2001-2005年师从熊思东教授在复旦大学攻读免疫学博士。2005-2010年在美国哥伦比亚大学、贝勒医学院、密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校分别从事博士后、助理研究员等工作。2010年,以课题组负责人加入苏州大学生物医学研究院。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目5项、国家自然资金组织器官区域免疫特性与疾病重大研究计划培育项目1项、江苏省自然基金面上项目1项、江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目1项,作为骨干成员参与了国家“十二五”科技重大专项、国家血液系统疾病临床医学中心重大项目、江苏省创新团队、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”科技创新团队等11项项目。主持江苏省研究生教育教学改革研究与实践重大课题2项,以及5项与企业(事业)单位联合攻关的横向课题。多项研究成果先后发表于JCI、PNAS、JEM、CMI等国际权威期刊,目前已累计发表97篇文章,获得3项专利,获得2025年江苏省研究生教学成果一等奖(国家级教学成果奖高等教育(研究生)储备项目重点项目,排名第一)。
研究方向
1、免疫细胞发育分化与稳态调控:系统研究树突状细胞、T/B 淋巴细胞、髓系免疫细胞的谱系发育规律,探究 Treg、Th17、Breg 等免疫亚群的分化和功能,阐明这些生物学过程精细分子调控机制。
2、感染、自身免疫炎症和肿瘤致病机理的研究:目前主要以E3泛素连接酶、去乙酰化酶为核心,系统解析泛素化、乙酰化修饰在抗病毒天然免疫、自身免疫炎症、肿瘤免疫中的关键调控功能,阐明疾病免疫失衡的翻译后修饰机制。
3、免疫疾病转化研究:结合细胞模型、动物实验与临床样本,挖掘感染、自身免疫病、肿瘤的新型免疫靶点,开展细胞免疫治疗、分子靶向免疫治疗等转化应用研究。

杨燚于2016年获得苏州大学免疫学博士学位,同年加入苏州大学生物医学研究院张进平教授课题组做师资博士后。目前为副教授、硕士生导师。
